Delivery & Returns
Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg is free for orders over €75. For smaller orders, in the Netherlands, we make a €3.95 delivery charge, while in Belgium and Luxembourg the charge is €5.95.

Next day delivery on orders received by us before 4 pm (CET) on business days. In the Netherlands, PostNL delivers your orders. In Belgium, Luxemburg, and Germany it's DPD, in other countries it’s UPS.
We’re developing a Click & Collect system, where orders can be picked up for free from your favorite local store.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days.
Please use our portal to register your return:
Log in to the return portal with your order number and email address. After submitting your return, you will receive a return label that you need to print and slick on top of the original sticker on your parcel. Postage is not required.

Belgium, Luxemburg, and Germany: DPD
You can find their locations on our return portal.
If you do not use our returns portal, or if you return your parcel from a different country than NL-BE-DE-LUX, please keep your T&T receipt so we can trace the parcel in case it gets lost.
We will only accept unworn returned items that are in good condition.
Please leave the labels on the item and keep it in the original packaging.
Damaged or soiled articles are not accepted.
Items that were not purchased on our website cannot be refunded.
We will only accept items that are returned within 14 days after purchase.
COSTS OF RETURNS
You will pay a fee of € 3,95 as a contribution to the costs of return shipping. This fee is subtracted automatically from your refund amount.
The shipping fees of the original shipment (if applicable) are not refunded but used as additional compensation for return shipping.
After receiving your parcel, it will usually take us around 7 workdays to process your refund.
Because of the restrictions of working on location due to COVID-19, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund. Thank you for understanding.
